Advanced Micro Acquires “Pure Naturals”

Kelowna’s Advanced Micro Biosciences acquires Bud’s Pure Naturals for $1million.

Kelowna-based Advanced Micro Biosciences recently acquired Bud’s Pure Naturals, an Alberta company specializing in producing naturally sourced, organic full-spectrum hemp CBD products.

Advanced Micro founder and CEO, Calum Hughes, says that the acquisition provides an immediate product pipeline of hemp-based products for market and immediate revenue for the company. “We have cosmetic registration numbers for all products, with many natural health products planned to be added to our natural product catalog in the near future. We have a solid distribution supply chain that will bring immediate revenue to the company. With NPN and cosmetic registration numbers, we can go to market through our sales and distribution partners. ” says Calum Hughes CEO

Hughes says that Advanced Micro will continue to source and target organic, naturally produced ingredients as the company matures.
