A founder of the Center for Pharmacoeconomic Studies at the University of Texas and a former Executive Director of the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP), Jim has developed and led five successful companies from funding to acquisition, contributing invaluable insights to Allied’s growth and strategic direction.
Simon Langelier
Director - A seasoned multinational executive and board member, Simon has 40+ years experience in cannabis, tobacco and consumer goods. 30+ years of leadership experience at Philip Morris International (PMI), where he led market expansion, M&A and operational restructuring across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Among other positions at PMI, he was Managing Director for Colombia, President EEMA and President Eastern Asia. Simon also served on the Board of Imperial Brands.

Abdul Musoke
Director - Abdul is a corporate strategist with expertise in market expansion, regulatory oversight, and financial structuring. As Chief Strategy Officer at Afri Digital Media Corp, he leads strategic acquisitions and regulatory compliance across Africa. He also serves as Director at Albertine Nuts Uganda Ltd, overseeing finance and partnerships. His background in regulatory economics, M&A, and multinational negotiations will be instrumental in Allied’s global expansion and operational scale-up.

Global Quality Lead - Luis is a seasoned Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs expert with extensive experience in GMP, GACP, and ISO audits. Formerly at Infarmed Portugal for 20 years, incl. Inspector, and Head of Compliance at Cannavigia, he has led global audits and regulatory projects across Europe, Africa, and Latin America. Luis specializes in practical, solution-oriented compliance strategies for the cannabis industry.
Dario Murgueytio
Finance Manager - Dario, is a Senior Manager with Invictus Accounting Group LLP (“Invictus”) and brings over a decade of experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, and auditing, including several years at PwC Ecuador, where he served as Assurance Manager. He, along with Invictus, is instrumental in managing the company’s compliance process, overseeing filings, audits, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Tim Levy
Head of Cultivation - Tim brings nearly three decades of expertise in cannabis cultivation, with experience across all growing mediums and environments. He has developed over 50 SKUs, ranging from flower to oils and cannabis 2.0 products. His innovations in nutrient and soil medium development ensure Allied’s production is perfectly adapted to Colombia’s unique soil and climate conditions.
