Advanced Micro Advances to Confirmation of Readiness

The team at Advanced Micro Biosciences has been working hard behind the scenes to ensure readiness for market. That effort paid off this week with the esteem of advancing t the Confirmation of Readiness stage. “We have been working hard at turning around quick responses for the last six months,” says Advanced Micro founder and CEO, Calum Hughes. “We’ve been working on our strategy, SOPS and our vision for more than a year non-stop. This will enable our ability to scale quickly and become the National Leader in the Micro cultivation space.“

Hughes says the Micro Licensing framework will be used to establish numerous addresses under the main license. “We have a vision for 16 Micro’s and one large LP at our Central British Columbia location. We also have land ready for expansion for an additional 100 micros across Canada.”

“Being one of the first to receive a Micro-license in Canada will enable Advanced Micro to have a first-market-mover advantage, positioning the company to be the national leader in the micro-cultivation space. We want to provide a premium, craft-grown cannabis for trauma survivors. This is only one aspect of our full scope therapy for those living with past trauma,”

“We want to help support and sustain local first-responder and veteran suppliers as this robust marketplace gains a foothold in the coming years,” says Hughes. He goes on to say that any disparities that might exist from province to province, do not pose any challenges to seamless market entry across the country. “All of our product will be positioned to serve the Canadian military and first responders.”

With licensing for individual products expected in late 2019, Hughes says that Advanced already has several products under development, including a novel delivery technology that they intend to patent.

The licensed facility in Central British Columbia will be ready for operation in late 2019.
